Demand Generation Manager

Eight Digit Media seeks a Demand Generation Manager to help us increase awareness, build top-of-funnel demand, and drive conversions for our external partners and internal marketing team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop targeted marketing programs to engage and nurture prospects throughout the buyer journey, with the goal of brand awareness, conversion, and closed opportunities.
  • Lead the strategy and build-out of marketing funnels, working closely with Management and the Marketing team.
  • Create successful funnels that generate leads from various channels, such as landing pages, call-tracking, Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, and YouTube paid advertising.
  • A strong understanding of conversion-focused marketing is essential, as you will be relying on catchy offers to motivate leads to provide their contact information.
  • Work with marketing automation to develop effective email programs tailored to prospect segments to move leads through the funnel.
  • Establish a deep understanding of product/market segments, consumer personas, and competitors to optimize campaign performance.

  • Ensure marketing technology is leveraged appropriately to maintain efficiencies and deliver quality work.
  • Monitor campaign performance and meet with stakeholders to report on results and make recommendations on further campaign optimization.
  • Analyze Google Analytics for traffic insights and missed opportunities.
  • Set up A/B split tests and monitor performance with the specific goal of increasing growth.

You’ll own a critical piece of the Customer Value Journey from awareness to becoming a client.

“Number of new marketing qualified leads per month” will be your North Star metric and primary measure of how well you are doing in this role.

The 3 primary KPIs for our internal marketing will be:

    Return on ad spend

The 2 primary KPIs for our internal marketing will be:

  1. 1
    Number of leads generated
  2. 2
    Quality of leads generated

  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • 5+ years of direct response marketing experience preferred
  • Experienced in creating irresistible offers
  • Experience with working in a digital marketing agency is preferred
  • Knowledge of end-to-end marketing lead funnel setup and implementation
  • High level of verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Experience writing copy for marketing and conversion
  • Experience in landing page development and implementation
  • Experience analyzing marketing analytics and tracking campaign performance
  • Understanding of Social and PPC ad reporting and implementation
  • Facebook (Meta), Google Ads, and YouTube ads experience
  • Eye for web design and design ratios
  • Strategic experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Ability to prioritize and perform a variety of tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • A wide degree of creativity
  • Ability to handle a high volume of projects
  • People leadership and decision-making skills

$85,000 - $100,000 annually
