Senior Media Buyer

Team Marketing

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Media Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital media buying, with a particular focus on Facebook (Meta) as the primary channel, with Google and YouTube as secondary advertising platforms. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing ad campaigns to ensure maximum ROI for our clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute effective media buying strategies across Facebook (Meta), Google, and YouTube platforms. Facebook is our primary marketing channel. Google & YouTube are secondary. 
  • Conduct thorough market research and stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Manage substantial advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for optimal campaign performance.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing insightful reports to both the team and clients.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and maximization of client ROI.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior media buyers and other team members.
  • Stay abreast of changes and new features in digital advertising platforms and adapt strategies accordingly.

You’ll own a critical piece of the Customer Value Journey from awareness to becoming a client.

“Number of new marketing qualified leads per month” will be your North Star metric and primary measure of how well you are doing in this role.


The 3 primary KPIs for our internal marketing will be:

    New pipeline generated

    Return on ad spend

The 2 primary KPIs for our internal marketing will be:

  1. 1
    Number of leads generated
  2. 2
    Quality of leads generated

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • 3+ years of direct response marketing experience preferred
  • Experienced in creating irresistible offers
  • Experience with working in a digital marketing agency is preferred
  • Knowledge of end-to-end marketing lead funnel setup and implementation
  • High level of verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Experience writing copy for marketing and conversion
  • Experience analyzing marketing analytics and tracking campaign performance
  • Understanding of Social and PPC ad reporting and implementation
  • Facebook (Meta), Google Ads, and YouTube ads experience
  • Strategic experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Ability to prioritize and perform a variety of tasks in a high-pressure environment

Compensation:
$60,000 - $75,000 annually
