What is considered a campaign?

A campaign is a time bound event such a webinar or in-person seminar. Each individual date and or time is considered one event.

Is there a minimum contract or commitment period?

Yes, the Solo and Team plans require a 3-month minimum commitment. This allows us adequate time to optimize your campaigns, build momentum with lead generation, and deliver meaningful results for your practice. The Enterprise plan has a 6-month minimum commitment.

What is the activation fee?

This covers the initial setup of your campaigns, audience targeting configuration, and onboarding process. There are hard upfront cost for app deployments that are a part of each service plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change plans based on your practice's evolving needs. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades will apply at your next renewal period to ensure continuity of service.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers. Payment is processed monthly in advance, with your activation fee due at the start of service.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

We occasionally offer promotional pricing for quarterly and annual commitments or special circumstances. Contact our sales team to discuss any current offers that might apply to your situation.

How do I get started after signing up?

After a successful payment you will complete an initial client intake form and will be prompted to schedule your tech onboarding call. During this call we gain access to your Meta ad account and Facebook page. Once the tech onboarding has been completed, you will be prompted to complete a marketing intake form so we can gather information about your ideal client profile, compliance requirements, and campaign preferences.

Who will be my main point of contact?

Every client is assigned a dedicated account manager who serves as your primary contact for campaign questions, strategy discussions, and ongoing support throughout your engagement with us.

What happens if I need to pause my membership?

We understand business needs change. The three-month minimum commitment must be fulfilled within six (6) consecutive months from the date of your first event. This allows flexibility for seasonal scheduling while ensuring continuity of service.

How do I cancel my service?

After your initial commitment period, you can cancel with 30 days written notice. Simply contact your account manager or email our support team to begin the cancellation process.

How quickly will I receive a response to my questions?

We strive to respond to all client inquiries within 4 business hours during standard business hours (8 AM - 5 PM CT, Monday-Friday). Urgent matters are prioritized and typically addressed within 1 hour.

What kind of reporting and communication should I expect?

A custom dashboard is set up in your client portal to see the progress of your campaigns. You can track lead volume, investable assets growth, revenue potential along with several other metrics. You can also request a monthly meeting with your account manager for more detailed analysis.

What are Catchlight verified leads?

Catchlight verified leads are prospects who have opted into your funnel and have been enriched to reveal the quality of the lead. Metrics include estimated investable assets, income, home values, life events, occupation, last job change and other metrics used to convert more leads into clients.

How many leads will I receive each month?

Lead volume varies by plan, topic, audience size and your ad budget. A typical webinar campaign will generate 50+ registrants with a Facebook ad spend budget of $1,000.

What does "managed campaigns" include?

Our team handles all aspects of campaign management including ad creative development, audience targeting, A/B testing, budget optimization, platform management (Facebook & Instagram), and ongoing performance monitoring.

How much should I budget for ad spend?

Recommended monthly ad spend varies by tier: $4,000-$5,000 for Solo, $8,000-$10,000 for Team, and $15,000+ for Enterprise. This is separate from your service fee and goes directly to advertising platforms to reach your target audience.

What happens during the strategy consultation?

These sessions with your dedicated strategist cover campaign performance review, lead quality analysis, conversion rate optimization, target audience refinement, and planning for upcoming initiatives.

Can you target specific types of clients or geographic areas?

Absolutely. During onboarding, we work with you to define your ideal client profile including factors like age, income level, investable assets, geographic location, life stage, and financial planning needs. All campaigns are customized to reach your specific target audience.
